CHILL-IN IN THE SUN


Strawberry Apple Slushy

* 3/4 cup of strawberries
* 1 red apple

In blender or nurtri-bullet process fruit until
its like a slushy consistency 
(optional add 1/2 cup of crushed ice)
You can add 1/2 cup of watermelon or your choice
of fruit .

Garnish: Lemon Slice

Tip: Helps lower cholesterol absorption, fights free radicals,
and metabolism function
Also is great to control blood pressure and heart rate
